Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to strategically lead and scale our multi-tiered ABM programs. Working with marketing, SDR, RevOps, and regional teams, you will architect, execute, and optimize full-funnel demand programs to accelerate revenue.

The ideal candidate is a senior growth marketer with autonomy and a proven track record of global ABM success, comfortable with 6sense and data-driven activation across paid, owned, and earned channels.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and lead the global ABM program for Commercial & Enterprise.
• Architect multi-tiered ABM strategies for top accounts and broader markets.
• Own the 6sense platform data, intent keywords, and automation playbooks.
• Partner with Sales and Regional Marketing to align ABM with local goals while keeping a global strategy.
• Establish measurement frameworks and campaign metrics with marketing analytics teams.
