Job summary

Optery is seeking a Senior ABM & Demand Generation Manager to grow demand and expand the ABM program for Business. You will own planning, execution, and measurement, working with enterprise sales to prioritize accounts and move opportunities forward.

You will lead multi‑channel campaigns, craft content offers, and optimize buyer engagement across stages. This senior IC role requires hands‑on execution and collaboration with RevOps and marketing teammates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing with SaaS/tech exposure.
• Proven ABM program build/expansion from planning to measurement.
• Experience partnering with enterprise AEs on campaigns and pipeline.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying committees and complex sales cycles.
• Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline in a sales-led environment.
• Hands-on marketing automation and CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and expand ABM program with segmentation and campaign plans.
• Collaborate with enterprise AEs on account plans and outreach.
• Create content and campaigns to engage stakeholders and move deals.
• Lead demand gen planning aligned to pipeline goals.
• Run integrated campaigns across channels.
• Improve conversion by analyzing buyer journeys and gaps.
• Use buyer insight to refine targeting and messaging.
• Measure results with HubSpot, Dreamdata, and feedback; advise on investments.
• Manage budgets and priorities; test approaches and scale winners.
