Optery is seeking a Senior ABM & Demand Generation Manager to grow demand for Optery for Business and expand ABM into an established program.

You will build and lead the ABM program alongside enterprise AEs, prioritizing accounts, mapping buying committees, and coordinating marketing activity to move deals forward. This senior IC role owns strategy and hands-on execution across paid media and field marketing with strong analytics.

Formación

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, with ownership of demand generation programs for SaaS/tech.
• Experience building or expanding ABM programs from planning to measurement.
• Experience partnering with enterprise AEs on shared plans, campaigns, and opportunities.
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying committees and multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline in a sales-led environment.
• Experience delivering demand gen across multiple channels.
• Able to identify gaps in the acquisition funnel and prioritize improvements.
• Strong analytical skills turning campaign data into actionable insights.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, from copy to leadership reports.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot is valuable; Dreamdata familiarity is a plus).
• Experience launching programs in a growing company and collaborating with a small team.
• Experience marketing to CISOs, security teams, IT leaders, or other technical enterprise buyers.

Responsabilidades

• Build and expand ABM program with clear account selection, segmentation, campaign plans, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with enterprise AEs to map buying committees and coordinate marketing activity with sales outreach.
• Create content, offers, and campaigns to engage stakeholders and drive opportunities.
• Lead demand generation planning aligned with pipeline goals and multi-channel programs.
• Run integrated campaigns across content, email, webinars, digital, events, and partner channels.
• Improve conversion by analyzing how buyers discover Optery and engage content.
• Use buyer insight to refine targeting and messaging; write briefs and guide content development.
• Measure results with RevOps using tools like HubSpot and Dreamdata; explain insights and required changes.
• Manage budgets and priorities; test approaches and scale winning programs.
