Job summary

Truist in Charlotte, NC seeks a seasoned professional to originate asset-based lending transactions and advise on capital structure and financing alternatives. You will partner with Underwriting and Portfolio Management to move deals from origination to close, coordinating with regional teams, Corporate Finance, Risk, Operations and Legal for seamless execution.

The role drives revenue, demonstrates subject matter expertise, and translates it into strategic dialogue.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required.
5-10 years of ABL experience.
Expertise in industry drivers, product positioning, structuring and risk mitigation.
Experience with an ABL syndication process for left lead and participatory transactions.
Ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue through targeted clients in coordination with banking.
Demonstrate SME and translate knowledge into strategic dialogue and value-added ideas.
Collaborate with risk and internal partners to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Mentor and develop junior teammates.
Communicate complex ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively.
