This role provides a base pay of $31.00–$37.50 per hour, with first-year earnings around $75,000+ including bonuses, plus onboarding training, CEUs, and comprehensive benefits to assist BCBA credentialing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, ABA, or related field.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program or hours towards certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of clinical program management experience under BCBA supervision.
• Onboarding includes fingerprinting, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and immunities to MMR/VZV funded by us.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure progression under a BCBA.
• Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide coaching to improve service quality.
• Ensure clients receive full clinical prescriptions, maintain accurate records of hours, and deliver progress reports and treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and manage a dynamic caseload.
