Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is a leading ABA provider seeking skilled clinicians to supervise client programs and support BCBA candidates. You will mentor behavior technicians, conduct assessments, and coordinate clinical activities across home and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or enrolled in BCBA program
• At least 1 year of experience providing clinical program management under supervision
• Fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR/VZV required during onboarding

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under BCBA guidance
• Provide parent education and coaching to caregivers
• Coordinate client visits and mentor behavior technicians
• Ensure accurate documentation of billable hours and progress notes
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities in a dynamic caseload
