Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is actively seeking a driven clinician with a Master’s degree and BCBA pathway progress. You will supervise client programs, educate families, and mentor technicians while balancing direct care with supervision in a busy environment across home and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, ABA, or related program.
• Enrolled in BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
• At least one year of clinical program management experience under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA's guidance.
• Provide parent education and conduct assessments to ensure progress.
• Mentor behavior technicians and coordinate client visits.
• Maintain accurate records of billable hours and progress reports.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties in a dynamic caseload.
