Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in Torrance, CA seeks a BCBA-focused clinician to supervise ABA programs for children and families. You will join a supportive, female-led team with mentorship and a clear path toward BCBA certification.

Base pay is $30.00–$35.25 per hour in Torrance, with first-year earnings near $75k plus productivity bonuses. Onboarding, CEUs, study support, and 13 days off (plus floating holiday) accompany a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience managing clinical programs under BCBA supervision.
• Onboarding includes fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities handling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under BCBA guidance.
• Mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide coaching and clinical support.
