Job summary

Autism Learning Partners, the country’s leading female clinician‑led ABA provider, is seeking a BCBA-credentialed supervisor to oversee client programs and mentor staff. The role offers substantial onboarding, supervision hours, and ongoing CEU opportunities.

Expect a supportive environment with flexible scheduling and strong career growth in ABA. Base compensation ranges from $30.00 to $35.25 per hour, with a clear path to a $80,000 base salary through BCBA certification within two years.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, ABA or related field.
• Enrolled in BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and conduct assessments to ensure client progress.
• Mentor behavior technicians and coordinate client visits.
• Ensure clients receive full clinical prescriptions, maintain billable-hour records, and deliver progress reports and treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities to manage caseloads.
• Support staff and parents during urgent situations.
