Job summary

Autism Learning Partners, the nation’s largest female-led ABA agency, is seeking a BCBA-approved clinician to supervise client programs, mentor behavior technicians, and support families with progress on individualized plans.

You’ll balance direct intervention with supervision, earn a base hourly rate $30.00–$35.25 and have a clear path toward BCBA certification, plus extensive onboarding, study support, and flexible scheduling. This is a full-time on-site role in California.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field.
• Enrolled in BCBA program or hours toward certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Onboarding includes fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment physical and immunities as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspire Growth and Progress: Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under the guidance of a BCBA.
