Base compensation ranges from $32.00 to $36.00 per hour, with an attainable monthly bonus of $35,000+ in the first three years, plus extensive onboarding and ongoing education. Flexible schedule and strong benefits complete this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in relevant field.
• Enrolled in BCBA program or hours towards certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience in clinical program management under supervision of a BCBA.
• Onboarding includes fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment physical, immunities for MMR/VZV covered by us.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under BCBA supervision.
• Provide parent education and support client progress.
• Coordinate with clinicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and manage a dynamic caseload.
• Assist with documentation and scheduling as needed.
