Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology required.
• Enrolled in BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience managing clinical programs under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs; provide parent education and assessments.
• Mentor behavior technicians; coordinate client visits; offer coaching and clinical support.
• Ensure full clinical prescriptions and maintain accurate records of billable hours.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities; manage a dynamic caseload.
