Autism Learning Partners is seeking dedicated clinicians in the United States (NC) to join the largest female clinician-led ABA agency. You will follow the Clinician Compass pathway with paid fieldwork, mentorship, and a clear route toward BCBA certification while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BCBA certification or pathway via Clinician Compass Program.
• Onboarding includes 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first weeks.
• No contracts or non-compete agreements; at-will employment.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of a BCBA and participate in Clinician Compass pathway with paid fieldwork, trainings, and monthly mentorship.
• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and ensure client progress under the BCBA.
• Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, helping them implement treatment plans effectively.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and manage a dynamic caseload.
