Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a dedicated BCBA-salary supervisor to lead clinical programs across home and clinic settings in California. You will supervise client programs, mentor technicians, and coordinate visits while advancing your BCBA certification.

The role offers base pay of $32.00–$36.00 per hour based on experience, with a strong opportunity to earn a sizable monthly bonus and ongoing CEU support through our Clinical Development team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Enrolled in BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and provide parent education.
• Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide coaching.
• Ensure documentation of billable hours and timely progress reports and treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and adapt to caseloads.
