Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is looking for a BCBA supervisor to lead clinical programs and mentor technicians within our female‑led ABA team. You will supervise client progress, support families, and ensure accurate documentation while advancing your BCBA credentials.

The role provides a clear path toward an $80,000 base salary via the BCBA certification pathway in 2 years, plus onboarding and ongoing training, with strong benefits and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required in psychology, ABA, or a related field.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or hours towards certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience supervising clinical programs under a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA.
• Mentor behavior technicians and coordinate client visits.
• Maintain accurate records of billable hours and progress reports.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties and adapt to a dynamic caseload.
• Support staff and parents during urgent situations and provide coaching.
