Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking qualified BCBA-licensed supervisors to lead clinical programs and mentor staff across our California centers. The role focuses on supervising client progress, supporting families, and coordinating services to deliver high-quality ABA care.

The position emphasizes ongoing training, mentorship, and career growth, with structured onboarding and opportunities to advance within Clinical Development. It is an on-site, full-time role supporting a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, or a related field is required.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical program management under a BCBA supervision.
• Onboarding includes fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment exam, and immunities procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and provide parent education.
• Mentor behavior technicians and coordinate client visits.
• Ensure accurate billing hours and timely progress reports and treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties to manage caseloads.
• Support staff productivity and assist in performance evaluations.
