Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in California seeks a dedicated BCBA Supervisor to oversee client programs and supervise technicians under a BCBA. You will conduct assessments, provide parent education, and ensure progress for children with autism and related disorders.

The role includes supervision hours, study support to pass the BCBA exam, and a flexible Mon-Fri schedule with some evenings, plus strong health benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, or related field.
• Enrolled in BCBA program or hours towards certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical program management experience under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA.
• Provide parent education and conduct assessments to ensure progress.
• Coach and mentor behavior technicians and coordinate client visits.
• Ensure full clinical prescriptions and accurate billable-hour records.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties and manage caseloads.
