Autism Learning Partners is a leading female clinician-led ABA agency.in the United States. The role offers supervision of client programs, mentorship to staff, and a clear BCBA certification growth path.

You will contribute to mentoring behavior technicians, coordinating client visits, and delivering high-quality progress reports. The position supports a flexible schedule with MA/PM availability and a comprehensive onboarding program spanning 60+ hours, plus ongoing CEUs and in-house

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related field is required.
• Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience in clinical program management under supervision of a BCBA.
• Pre-employment requirements including fingerprinting, TB test, physical exam, and immunities for MMR/VZV.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs; provide parent education; conduct assessments; problem-solve to ensure progress.
• Mentor behavior technicians; coordinate client visits; provide coaching to improve service quality.
• Ensure full clinical prescriptions; maintain records of billable hours; deliver progress reports and treatment plans.
