Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking a dedicated professional to supervise client programs and mentor technicians within a BCBA-led framework. The role includes coordinating visits, evaluating progress, and ensuring quality service in both home and clinic settings.

You’ll work toward BCBA certification, with robust onboarding and ongoing mentorship. The position offers a flexible schedule, comprehensive benefits, and clear promotion paths in a growing ABA practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related program.
• Enrolled in BCBA program and/or hours toward certification preferred.
• At least one year of experience providing clinical program management under supervision of a BCBA.
• Fingerprinting, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam and immunities to MMR/VZV required/on onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and provide parent education under a BCBA.
• Mentor behavior technicians, coordinate client visits, and provide coaching and clinical support.
• Ensure full clinical prescriptions, track billable hours, and deliver progress reports and treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and manage a dynamic caseload.
• Support staff productivity and assist in performance evaluations and urgent-parent situations.
