Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field completed or in progress.
• 2–3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Background check requirements include fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment physical, and immunities to MMR/VZV.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs and conduct parent education under a BCBA.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians to implement treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and manage a caseload.
