Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced A/V integration Project Manager who will coordinate clients, engineers, installers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project scope, schedule, and quality targets are met.

You will bring strong A/V knowledge and proven PM skills, including budgeting, risk management, and client communication. The role requires hybrid work with regular travel to project sites and a focus on delivering on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in A/V integration or related industry.
• Strong technical understanding of professional A/V systems.
• Experience with A/V control systems such as Crestron, AMX, Biamp, or Extron.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of A/V integration projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Establish project success criteria, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress and address issues affecting schedule, cost, quality, or client satisfaction.
