Job summary

Bluewater Technologies Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for its Grand Rapids/Kentwood operation.

You will drive complex A/V integration projects from planning through closeout, ensuring timeliness, budget discipline, and high-quality outcomes. The role requires strong technical A/V knowledge, leadership of cross-functional teams, and proactive client communication to deliver memorable experiences for flagship projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in A/V integration or related industries.
• Solid technical expertise in A/V systems including signal flow, control systems (Crestron/AMX/Biamp/Extron), DSPs, video distribution, conferencing and networking.
• Familiarity with AIA project documentation (drawings, submittals, change orders, schedules).
• Proficient in documentation practices using M365; maintains project workbooks, trackers and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle with accountability for scope, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with engineering, programming, procurement and installation teams to ensure design intent and standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules and budgets to keep projects on track.
• Communicate clear success criteria, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
• Maintain strong client communication and serve as primary contact throughout the project.
