Job summary

Solotech is seeking a Project Manager to oversee AV systems integration projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will coordinate Sales, Design, Engineering, and Installation teams to drive project success and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in project management within AV/tech, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel to various sites across the United States. Office and field work are involved, with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Project Manager in AV, Construction, Technology or related industry
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Experience reading technical drawings and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope in collaboration with Sales and Design teams
• Create and execute a detailed Project Communications Plan
• Build and manage comprehensive project schedules and resource plans
• Identify and manage project risks and elevation of issues
• Lead kickoff meetings with stakeholders and teams
• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure on-time delivery and quality
• Manage project procurement and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure adherence to change orders and profitability targets
• Coordinate system programming and final checkout
• Oversee training and turnover to client and service teams
• Travel to job sites across the United States as required
