Job summary

Diversified, a global leader in audiovisual and media technology, seeks a Senior Project Manager (PM3) to lead large, multi-disciplinary initiatives with cross-functional teams. This role requires coordinating across Engineering, Fabrication, Field Services, and Operations, ensuring alignment, risk control, and profitable delivery.

You will mentor junior project managers, manage complex stakeholders, and maintain client satisfaction in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• Associates/Bachelors degree required and/or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification from PMI preferred.
• AVIXA CTS certification preferred.
• Other relevant certifications may be required or preferred based on the technology focus of the position.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, high-impact, multidisciplinary projects with confidence and precision.
• Drive execution across Engineering, Fabrication, Field Services, and Operations.
• Establish structure and discipline: cadence, interdependencies, risk visibility, and alignment.
• Mentor Associate PMs and Project Managers to elevate team performance.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and margin performance to ensure profitable delivery.
