Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist to support setup and administration of employer sponsored 401(k) plans. You will assist with onboarding, document gathering, and coordination with recordkeepers to ensure accurate setup and timely transfers.

You will provide responsive service to employers and participants, handling eligibility, contributions, and compliance inquiries while collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and document handling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under supervision with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of new 401(k) plans and collect initial docs.
• Distribute notices and employer communications during implementation.
• Provide responsive service to employers and participants on plan operations and compliance.
• Coordinate 401(k) recordkeeper transfers with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain CRM data and documentation per procedures.
