Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 8+ years of transportation analytics, network design, or data modeling experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of domestic transportation modes, regulations, and warehousing operations.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills including regression modeling and optimization.
• Excellent business writing and communication skills for senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of transportation executives overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics capabilities and service for 3PL customers.
• Optimize routing, location, and carrier strategies in cross-functional collaboration.
• Design, implement, and maintain customer solutions delivering mutual value.
• Conduct cost-to-serve and fleet equipment analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Support Account Management on regular business calls to review strategies and performance.
• Lead transportation cost modeling and assist with customer contract negotiations.
• Develop new logistics capabilities through standardized processes and procedures.
• Build strong relationships across the enterprise to inform decisions and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Sales, Systems, 3PL team and carriers.
• Translate analytics outputs into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
