Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation analytics, network design, or data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of domestic transportation modes, regulations and warehousing operations.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of transportation executives that oversee day-to-day operations.
• Identify and assess opportunities to improve logistics capabilities and service optimization for 3PL customers.
• Optimize routing, location, and carrier strategies, partnering across the broader transportation team.
• Design, implement, and maintain customer solutions that deliver mutual value.
• Conduct cost-to-serve and fleet equipment analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Lead transportation cost modeling and support customer contract negotiations.
• Translate complex transportation analytics and network modeling outputs into actionable insights for executives.
