Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years Facilities Management experience in a team-based environment.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations in fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills with budget constraints.
• Familiarity with building systems and CMMS; strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage third-party contractors while ensuring audit compliance.

Responsibilities
