Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support site operations in Cambridge, MA. You will assist Site and Assistant Facility Managers with maintenance, vendor oversight, and occupancy services, ensuring service levels meet client expectations.

The role includes daily walk-throughs, responding to work orders, coordinating repairs, and supporting events and safety initiatives, with a focus on operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
• Self-motivated; confident, energetic and flexible.
• Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical support to Site/Assistant Facility Managers with maintenance, operations, accounting and vendor oversight.
• Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean, organized office environment.
• Respond to work orders promptly, ensuring KPI compliance and strong customer service.
• Coordinate repairs, minor works and other requests, tracking items to completion.
