Peak 1031 Exchange is expanding its team of experienced 1031 exchange business development professionals. The role targets producers with an active book of exchange-related business and referrer networks within the real estate investment community.

You will originate, transition, and manage a national book of 1031 exchange business while cultivating relationships with investors, brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and financial professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in the 1031 exchange industry.
• Active book of exchange-related business or referrals.

Responsibilities

• Originate and manage a national book of 1031 exchange business.
• Transition and grow existing referral relationships.
