Job summary

First American Exchange is seeking a dynamic sales professional in San Francisco, CA to drive 1031 exchange services within residential and commercial real estate. The role requires building market presence, researching market and technology trends, and developing new distribution channels.

You will travel across the assigned territory, present to law offices and trade associations, and track client development through regular reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of directly related experience in title/real estate industry or sales
• Valid driver’s license
• Real Estate, Law, Accounting or Finance degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Sells 1031 exchange services to the residential and commercial real estate community
• Conducts market and technology research
• Analyzes and develops distribution channels
• Develops new initiatives and partnerships
• Travels throughout the assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers
• Conducts presentations in front of law offices and industry trade associations, demonstrating First American Exchange services
• Prepares reports for business efforts to track progress on client development
