GlobalFoundries in Malta, NY is seeking a Process Technician to monitor, sustain, and improve workstation performance in a lean production facility. You will work with production and equipment teams to keep processes running at optimal efficiency and communicate updates to leads and engineers.

The role requires completing tasks per detailed procedures, troubleshooting issues, and participating in continuous improvement while adapting to day or night shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Degree (or equivalent).
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment per semiconductor protocol.

Aufgaben

• Monitor, control, and test equipment and product for manufacturing readiness.
• Follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment interruptions and process or factory system errors.
• Review SPC charts for product quality and react to out-of-control conditions.
• Complete event documentation and communicate end-of-shift pass downs.
• Develop and update operating procedures and support training activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and skill development.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
