GlobalFoundries Malta Fab8 is seeking a Process Technician to monitor, sustain, and improve workstation performance in a lean production environment. You will collaborate with production and equipment personnel to keep lines running efficiently and communicate updates to Leads/Engineers.

Requirements include a High School Diploma, English fluency, and basic computer skills (Excel/Outlook). The role involves alternating shifts and potential travel minimal.

Qualifications

• High School Degree (or equivalent) required.
• English language fluency (written & verbal) required.
• Intermediate computer skills including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control, and test equipment and product for manufacturing readiness.
• Follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment interruptions, process and factory systems errors.
• Review SPC charts for product quality and react to out-of-control conditions.
