ASML in Wilton, CT is seeking a Senior Project Lead, Production Engineering to guide cross-functional projects that improve manufacturing performance across products. You’ll translate technical challenges into durable solutions, driving quality, efficiency, cost improvements, and production readiness.

You will coordinate engineering, production, program, and support teams to ensure factory readiness for current and future demand, including new-product industrialization and capital budgeting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, optical, chemical, industrial, or mechatronics engineering, physics, or related field with eight+ years of experience.
• Master’s degree with five+ years of relevant experience also acceptable.
• Experience leading people and cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structural improvements to reduce cycle time, labor hours, quality risks, and inefficiencies.
• Manage complex production engineering projects across products or areas.
• Monitor dashboards, investigate trends, and coordinate root-cause analyses.
• Prioritize issues and drive timely resolution with teams.
• Oversee capital investments and budgets balancing technical needs and impact.
• Coordinate new-product industrialization and factory readiness.
• Present status and recommendations to leadership.
