Job summary

ASML’s Wilton, CT site seeks a Senior Project Lead, Production Engineering to drive complex manufacturing initiatives across multiple products. Translate technical and operational challenges into sustainable solutions that boost quality, efficiency, and readiness for current and future demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, optical, chemical, industrial, or mechatronics eng, physics, or related field with 8+ yrs experience.
• Alternatively, a master's degree in a related field with 5+ yrs experience.
• At least 3 years leading people, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in production engineering, project management, manufacturing, or new-product industrialization.
• Experience managing capital budgets and coordinating across stakeholders.
• Knowledge of root-cause and failure analysis and continuous improvement methods.
• Experience using SAP and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to improve manufacturing performance across products and areas.
• Coordinate engineering, production, program, and support teams for factory readiness.
• Use data and structured problem solving to set priorities and drive completion.
• Lead improvements to reduce cycle time, labor hours, and quality risks.
• Monitor dashboards, investigate trends, and drive root-cause analyses.
• Prioritize issues and drive timely resolutions with engineering and manufacturing teams.
• Manage capital investment requirements and balance budgets and impact.
• Coordinate new-product industrialization from factory readiness to implementation.
• Present status, metrics, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
