ASML US, LLC seeks a Senior Project Lead, Production Engineering at its Wilton, CT site to drive complex manufacturing projects that boost quality, efficiency and readiness for current and future demand. You will coordinate engineering, production, program, and support teams to ensure successful product introductions into manufacturing.

The role emphasizes ownership of schedules, budgets, and risk management, with visibility to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 5+ years.
• 3+ years of experience leading people, projects, or cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Experience in production engineering, project management, manufacturing, or new-product industrialization.
• Experience managing capital budgets and coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of root-cause and failure analysis; ERP systems and reporting tools such as SAP and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or comparable improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to improve manufacturing performance across products and production areas.
• Coordinate capital investment requirements and budgeting while balancing technical needs and costs.
• Manage production engineering projects across multiple products or manufacturing areas.
• Monitor performance dashboards, investigate trends, and drive root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Coordinate new-product industrialization including factory readiness, build sequencing, and risk management.
• Present project status, performance metrics, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
