Job summary

Responsibilities

• Update, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair highly complex capital equipment at customer sites and trade shows.
• Represent the company to the customer and ensure customer satisfaction with service.
• Coordinate actions with customers to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
• Prepare field service reports and provide documentation to support functions on recurring problems.
• Assist Installation Engineers with installations and dismantling demonstrations.
