Responsibilities

• Provides customer service activities related to updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites and trade shows.
• Repairs and updates equipment at customer facility.
• Travels to customer facilities by car or other transportation as needed.
• Supports installation engineers and contributes to knowledge sharing and quotes for customers.
