Role requires US citizenship, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams during installations and post-install reviews.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in semiconductor or related field (military service counts).
• US Citizenship required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Install and own new tools at customer sites with minimal guidance.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex system-level problems during installations.
• Prepare field service reports and share installation progress and non-conformances.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to junior engineers on site.
• Travel 80-90% domestically and internationally by commercial transport.
