Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage seeks a Store Operations Associate to manage daily customer interactions and store maintenance. You will drive sales by identifying storage needs, guiding customers, and ensuring a seamless leasing process with accurate payments.

The role includes maintaining the facility, performing daily tasks, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards while collaborating with a team across districts.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to personal vehicle, valid license, insurance.
• Physical ability to perform daily tasks and maneuver around the store.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily operational tasks, lock checks, unit showings.
• Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, handle bank deposits, and follow up on late payments.
• Maintain the property, clean units and grounds, and ensure safe, tidy facilities.
