Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring a Store Operations Associate. You will manage stores in your district with a blend of customer service and property maintenance responsibilities. Expect daytime hours, potential Sundays off, and opportunities for growth across the U.S.

You’ll build relationships with customers, drive sales, handle leasing and payments, and keep facilities clean and safe. A positive attitude and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units.
• Rent storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, conduct daily deposits, and call customers about late payments.
• Perform daily property walks and maintenance such as cleaning, mopping, and upkeep of facilities.
