CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer relationships, lease storage units, and maintain site operations. The role emphasizes delivering excellent service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.

You will work primarily daytime hours, with potential for Sundays off in some locations, and be part of a team that supports growth across the U.S. The job includes responsibilities from leasing to maintenance with emphasis on customer

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our POS system, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
• Physical maintenance tasks include daily walks, cleaning units and grounds, opening/closing doors, and basic upkeep such as mopping and bulb changes.
