Job summary

CubeSmart seeks a Store Operations Associate to join our self-storage team in Manor, TX. You will help customers identify storage needs, show units, and process leasing and payments with our POS system.

The role emphasizes daily property maintenance, friendly service, and achieving monthly metrics in a team-oriented environment. A valid driver’s license and ability to work Saturdays are required, with benefits supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including MS office products.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls about late payments.
