Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience for a diverse customer market.
• Positive, outgoing personality with a willingness to help others.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Physical ability to perform daily store tasks (standing, walking, lifting).
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact with customers face-to-face to deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and leasing targets.
• Walk the property for daily tasks and show units to customers.
• Rent storage units and manage payments using the POS system.
• Perform maintenance like cleaning units and grounds and keep facility tidy.
