CubeSmart is hiring for Store Operations Associates to manage customer interactions and daily store operations in the district. You will engage customers to identify storage needs, show units, process leases, and handle payments using our POS system.

The role emphasizes a friendly, service-driven approach with daily responsibilities that include tours, payments, deposits, and maintaining a clean storage environment. Prior retail experience is helpful; Saturday work may be required.

Competenze

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, and handling daily banking deposits.
