Job summary

Mini Mall Storage in Perry, GA is seeking a Site Manager (Self Storage) to combine customer service, sales, and property operations at our Perry location. You will oversee leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and ensure safety and cleanliness while delivering a superior tenant experience.

Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager on budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting; participate in hiring, scheduling, and staff development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Experience managing day-to-day activities of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily property operations including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, overtime management, and staff development.
