Mini Mall Storage is seeking a Site Manager (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales and property operations at our Livingston, TX location. You will help customers find storage solutions while keeping the facility safe, clean and welcoming.

You will oversee leasing, rent collection, records, pricing and risk controls, while supporting hiring, training and regional budgeting initiatives in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or property management is an asset.
• Experience managing a day-to-day team and coordinating tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily property operations including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs and ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management and staff development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
