Mini Mall Storage Properties is seeking a Site Manager to blend customer service, sales, and hands-on property operations at our facility. You will help customers choose storage solutions while keeping the site safe, clean, and welcoming.

The role offers a full-time daytime schedule with no late nights or Sundays, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily property operations including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and training for property staff.
