Mini Mall Storage seeks a Site Manager to blend customer service, sales, and property operations at our Georgia locations. You’ll handle leasing, rent collection, tenant records, and ensure a clean, safe facility while delivering an excellent tenant experience.

The role emphasizes leadership of on-site staff, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing self-storage company. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
• Experience managing day-to-day activities of a team is valued.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries promptly.
• Manage daily property operations including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, and payments.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager on budgeting and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, overtime management, and staff development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
