Mini Mall Storage Properties in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Site Manager (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales, and daily property operations to deliver secure, clean, and welcoming facilities.

You will handle leasing, rent collection, tenant records, pricing, and coordinate repairs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role offers a daytime schedule, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Experience managing the day-to-day activities of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving tenant inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Manage daily property operations, including leasing, rent collection, tenant records, unit inventory, pricing, and payment processing.
• Maintain facility cleanliness, coordinate repairs, and ensure site safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy.
• Partner with the Regional Operations Manager on budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support hiring, scheduling, UKG timekeeping, overtime management, and employee training and development, including serving as a trainer for property staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
